Information on this site
The content here is general information about our company and the services we are developing. It is not legal, regulatory, security, financial or other professional advice, and you should not rely on it as such. We try to keep it accurate and up to date, but we do not promise that it is complete or error-free. Our service offering is still being developed, and descriptions may change.
Our services
Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance, and no contract or consultant–client relationship is created by visiting this site, sending an enquiry or having an introductory call. Any work will be carried out only under a written agreement that sets out the scope, responsibilities, assessment limitations and fees. Please do not treat an introductory conversation as an assessment of your systems.
Intellectual property
The content of this website, including text, design, logo and graphics, belongs to Boundverity Technologies Ltd or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may view the site and share a link to it. You may not copy, republish or sell its content, or use our name or logo in a way that suggests endorsement, without our written permission.
Acceptable use
When using this website you must not:
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its hosting or any connected system;
- run scans, load tests or other security testing against the site without our written permission;
- introduce malware, or send material that is unlawful, abusive or harmful;
- use automated tools to collect content or personal data from the site at scale; or
- submit false details or someone else’s personal data through our contact form.
Reporting a security concern
If you believe you have found a security problem with this website, please email boundverity@gmail.com with a description of what you found and how to reproduce it. Please do not access, change or share other people’s data, and give us a reasonable chance to look into it before you disclose it publicly. We will review reports in good faith. This is not a bug bounty and we do not offer payment for reports.
Links to other sites
This site links to third-party sites, including social media and GitHub. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or policies. A link does not mean we endorse the site.
Liability
This website is provided “as is”, and we do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors. This site is intended for business users. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website or from relying on its content, including indirect or consequential loss and loss of profit, business or data.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. Liability for work we carry out for you will be governed by the written agreement for that work.
Governing law
These terms, and any dispute arising from your use of this website, are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except where the law of another part of the UK gives you the right to bring proceedings there.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. Questions about these terms can be sent to boundverity@gmail.com.
